In 2002, Tracy Irwin founded a six-figure, award-winning bookkeeping and accounting practice in the UK. She sold the business in 2024 to focus on her growing coaching and mentoring business, The Time Freedom Alchemist, which she runs from her home in Spain.


She is a best-selling author, entrepreneur, and mentor with over 20 years of experience coaching individuals to grow their businesses, which led to the launch of The Time Freedom Alchemist in 2023.
